You will be sent an invoice before your arrival. This must be transferred to our account four weeks before your arrival.

 

cancellation

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to fourteen days before the start of the holiday.
For bookings that are not made or are made too late, we must charge 100% of the loss on days that we are unable to re-let, as well as in the case of early departure.

Changes to the booking are possible up to seven days before arrival; after this time, the booking can no longer be changed free of charge.
